Browsing this website

This is a static website hosted on GitHub Pages. It has no account registration, live AI chat, or on-site application database. GitHub may process technical request information, including your IP address, to operate and protect its hosting service. See the GitHub Privacy Statement (opens in a new tab).

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics is off until you choose Accept analytics. Declining does not affect navigation or enquiry links. Analytics is enabled only on the production domains, not local previews or the github.io address.

If you accept, Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-53C3364357) can process page views, general browser and device information, form openings, and confirmed enquiry submissions. These form events identify only the partnership or workforce path, not your name, email, answers, or enquiry reference. Google's service also receives connection metadata.

Our integration strips query strings and page fragments from page URLs, suppresses the referrer, and disables advertising signals and ad personalization. Google's processing is described in its Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Provider processing may occur outside your province, state, or country.

• Preference storage: your choice is saved in your browser's local storage as xh-analytics-consent. It remains until you change it or clear browser storage.
• Analytics cookies: after acceptance, Google may set _ga and _ga_* cookies. Their default lifetime is up to two years, subject to browser limits and Analytics settings.
• Changing your mind: use Cookie preferences below or in the footer. Choosing No thanks disables future analytics on this site and removes accessible first-party GA cookies. If Analytics was already loaded, the page reloads to unload it. This does not delete data already received by Google.

Partnership and workforce enquiries

Our enquiry forms stay on this website. We collect only the details you choose to submit, including contact information and context about a potential partnership or work opportunity. We use these details to respond, evaluate the enquiry, and discuss relevant next steps, not to enroll you in a marketing list.

When the submission service is connected, your answers are sent over HTTPS to a Google Apps Script service operated under our account. It records the enquiry in Google Forms and an associated private Google Sheet. Google processes this information as the infrastructure provider; its Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) applies to its service, and processing may occur outside your province, state, or country. There is no need to leave our website or sign into Google to submit.

Unsubmitted answers remain in the current page's memory, not in browser local storage. Closing the form keeps that draft while the page remains open; leaving or reloading the page clears it. If the service is not connected, sending is disabled and an email alternative is provided.

We show a success message only after the service confirms recording your enquiry. A technical reference and a fingerprint of the submission are kept in a private delivery log to help prevent duplicate records and investigate delivery problems. A connection problem may prevent confirmation even when a record was created; in that case, retry with the same reference or contact us instead of starting a second enquiry.

Share only the information needed to start a conversation. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, government identification, sensitive financial or health information, or confidential employer or client materials. A workforce enquiry is not an offer of employment or a promise of placement.

Access and retention

Access to enquiry records is limited to directors and designated people who need it to respond or manage the relationship. Initial enquiries and associated delivery records are retained for 12 months after the last enquiry interaction, unless a separate client, employment, or contractor relationship, or a legal obligation, requires different retention. We review and remove records from both the form service and linked spreadsheet as part of that process.

Client engagements and workforce relationships may have separate agreements governing access, confidentiality, data processing, and retention. Those terms are established for the relationship rather than implied by this marketing site.
